The mixnet is only one of NYM's privacy solutions but for sure the most anticipated one. Just recently the team has launched a beta version of NYM-Connect which lets you use a few tools through
the mixnet for enhanced privacy. Later you will need to pay for those services with $NYM but for now those are free to test. The applications which can be used with the mixnet are: Telegram,
Electrum and Keybase.
